This audio CD features a Protestant Hour program originally broadcast on April 10, 1960, with a sermon by beloved pastor and preacher Samuel M. Shoemaker. At the time he delivered this sermon, Rev. Shoemaker was rector of Calvary Episcopal Church in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Earlier he was rector of Calvary Episcopal Church in New York City and was instrumental in the development of Alcoholics Anonymous.
